Popeye Power Smoothie

I am very excited to share this recipe today. It's one of my favorite lunches on a hot day, and it's completely packed full of nutritional goodness. I entered it into a smoothie contest last month and won second place out of 200 entrants. It's going to be put into a recipe book "50 Scrumptious Shape-Up Recipes". So, I am sharing with  you an award winning recipe today! With summer coming up - enjoy.

















INGREDIENTS

1/2 Frozen Banana
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Cup Fresh Spinach
2 tsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tb. Chia Seeds
1/8 tsp Powdered Stevia
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients in blender until well mixed. Adjust the milk for the desired thickness.
