Banana-Maple-Pecan Oatmeal

Oatmeal is a great powerhouse breakfast: I eat it at least once or twice a week. To keep from getting bored I come up with new and yummy ways to dress it up. Here's what I had yesterday, and it was a winner. Give it a go some morning. 










INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Cooked Oatmeal
1/2 Sliced Banana
2 Tb. Chopped Pecans
1/2 tsp. Mapleine
1/8 tsp. Stevia

DIRECTIONS


Combine and eat up.
