Chocolate-Pumpkin Brownie

Now, don't get too used to me putting sweet treats on here, but once in a while you just have to let lose and allow yourself something special. Sunday is my treat day - the day I allow myself to have whatever I want. The beauty of this recipe is that it's actually packed with a lot of good stuff so you can eat it guilt free. You'll never guess what's in it by the way it tastes, and everyone will feel like they are getting a decadent treat. Now you can have your cake and eat it too.

Ingredients:

1 Can Garbanzo Beans
1 Can Black Beans
1 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Pureed Pumpkin
2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Cinnamon
3 Tb Canola Oil
1 Cup Honey
2 Large Egg Whites
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all of the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a food processor or blender. Blend until batter is super smooth and everything is chopped and blended well. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into a 9x9 pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
